In accordance with the Liquor Licensing Act 1997 (SA), alcohol must not be sold or supplied to persons under the age of 18.

All sales of liquor made through this website are processed at our licensed premises under the authority of the liquor licence(s) listed below. Your contract of sale is with This and That Beverages. Any order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which is only accepted once confirmed by our licensed operator. Orders are subject to verification of the purchaser’s age, stock availability, and confirmation that the liquor being purchased is selected and supplied from our licensed premises.

For deliveries within South Australia, the following conditions apply:

1. At the time of delivery, the recipient may be required to (a) confirm they are over 18 years of age, and (b) if they appear under 25 (as determined by the delivery driver), show valid photographic ID. The recipient’s name and date of birth may also be recorded.

2. These details may be retained for up to 12 months to meet regulatory obligations.

3. If the recipient cannot meet these conditions, the delivery will not be completed unless you have previously instructed us to leave the order unattended at the delivery address.
